GIDEON'S 300
RISEN WARRIORS
In the Bible, Judges 6-7, Gideon was chosen by God to deliver His people from oppressive power of the Midianites. Thirty-two thousand men were available for battle, but God chose only 300 and used them to rout the enemies.
In the same manner, Revealing Light Ministries, through our programs "RISEN Together" and "Revealing Light Trauma Healing Centre's" is looking for 300 warriors to do battle against the oppressive power of trauma. The numbers of refugees and indigent persons in Africa, Europe and the Middle East have grown far beyond the ability of the UN, WHO and other global relief agencies, to provide even minimal care.
We ask that you would consider partnering with us to make a difference in the lives of hurting people.
- R – Refugees – displaced persons
- I - Indigents – poverty beyond the ability to help oneself
- S - Support – crisis relief
- E – Empowerment – community based cooperatives/education/vocational training
- N – Network – bringing together organizations with similar focus
To become a RISEN warrior, we ask that you commit to supporting our efforts with an annual gift of $300.00 That's only $25.00 per month to provide life giving care to the poorest of the poor. Gifts of any amount are greatly appreciated.
